Don't shop here This is a horrible pet store. Though many people see only low prices on animal food and accessories, I (and many others) have personally found numerous dead and dying animals there. When animal organizations try to give advice and help this store care for their animals, they are rejected, (even organizations who have offered to care for sick animals). I was told they would “clean” his ears. When I went to wash him in the store I saw this shaved and scraped spot by his ear. When I questioned them I was told the lady didn’t use clippers on our dog. Then where did this come from? I spoke to the manager Kathleen and she simply took her workers word for it. And yet as you can see our dog has a red sore almost bloody spot by his ear. BS store policy! Yesterday, I purchased a small aquarium heater. After purchase I realized it was not adequate for our needs and they did not have one that was. Also the item was $17+ and Amazon sells same product for $9.95! When I tried to return it today, unopened, WITH MY RECEIPT. I was told because I didn’t use a loyalty card at time of purchase, they would only give me store credit. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. No more!

It’s the best pet store in town! Grooming services, an endless welcoming environment, customer service from all workers, and a family-like community. I wouldn’t want to go to any other pet store because of how much I enjoy this one!
