Good customer service. They r well versed in all animal types and great deals
This place is absolutely horrible. I have a friend who buys live rat pinkies there every Wednesday for a snake. I call they say they don't sell live. My friend goes in and buys a live one. I call back, they tell me they have live rat pinkies this time so I drive over. Now they say only mice pinkies. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this place. I'll definitely never go back there for anything!!
Robert, at Pet Supplies Plus showed us wonderful customer service. We have been buying the same food for our dog for 4 years and last week purchased a new bag. After a few days of use we realized the food was just not right (the flavor was different then the package). Robert Immediately helped us by opening a bag on the floor for us to smell and exchange. No questions asked- you don't get service like that anymore!! Bravo!
