The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't mind that my dog, Diesel, was helping himself to treats in the aisle. They said he deserved them after having gone through surgery. ☺️

The Monroe location is by far the BEST pet store I’ve ever been to. All of the employees are super friendly, welcoming, helpful, and nobody hesitates to help any of their customers. They carry a variety of products for pets of many kinds and have cheap prices compared to other places in stores. Their curbside pickup is super convenient also for anyone who does not have the time to shop around! 12/10 recommend shopping with this store and signing up for a Pet Supplies Plus card to save some money! I used their curbside service and it was awesome! Very friendly, came out right away. Had my items in a bag with handles, and there was such a nice note with a joke on it! Thank you for everything. You all are awesome!!

THE BAD I just bought a "fancy" ball python from them on 5/1/2020. The term " fancy" is used when they don't know what morph the snake has. Once I got home and the snake got comfortable, I found out it has a morph know as "Wobble" which is a neurological defect, which is dominate in Spider Ball Pythons. The condition doesn't really mess with his day to day life, but it would have been nice to know upon a $160 purchase, and I feel they should have known about the condition.
