Great selection I really like this location. They have a great selection and great sales. The staff are super friendly. Parking is easy and the location is very convenient for me, just west of Keystone Ave on Broad Ripple Ave/62nd St. Watch for their coupons too. I sometimes see them in the paper or mail. I like the size, not as overwhelming as the big time Pet store competitors. They have good prices on Iams food's too.
RecommendedSuper friendly and helpful staff! My puppy was pulling a lot and I was checking out harnesses. One of your staff came by and mentioned the pet safe easy walk and it was amazing! She also helped me fit Lola to try on the the harness. This will be my go to shop!
JEN DID SO GOOD!!! I brought three dogs in by myself for their nails clipped and ears cleaned. She was so helpful. I cannot thank you enough!
Always helpful and knowledge about products the sell and what your pet needs. Always my first "go to" to ask questions.
I love the delivery service. I always receive my orders promptly. If they don't have an item they call to tell me and replace it if possible. I'm never disappointed.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are typically well stocked with our dog’s needs, but if an item of out of stock they help me get it as soon as possible.

I couldn’t get the website to work for me, and I’m high risk w this virus, so I called and they were so sweet and got my order ready and put it in my car. Been shopping here for years and have always been a fan. Today was just extra special nice. 💜
Very friendly store everyone is so willing to help answer questions. Listen and help they are a store where it’s like being where they know your name small town feel in this big box cold world. I would go here where they are glad I came.
