Manager today did not honor code he saw in my phone as when I went to get correct item he didn’t know what the code was and didn’t honor. Bad customer service as was unfair.

We visited today and your employee Andre was absolutely the best employee we have ever encountered in any location. He took the time to make the interaction personal and made my son's day. He answered all of his questions and encouraged my son to nourish his love of animals. He told him to keep reading about animals and learn all he can. We will definitely be returning to this location.

I don’t usually write reviews for larger franchise businesses, but I had to make an exception here. The Pet Supplies Plus in West Columbia has such friendly and helpful employees. It doesn’t matter whether I showed up with an AmStaff or a Chiweenie - my dogs are welcomed and loved up on. Proud to support them!
Dirty Dog Discount Card is definitely a winner. Couldn't do it without you!
Worst experience ever. Had to ask for help and in return got nothing. After the second time someone finally came to help only for my to return home with five sick fish. Definitely returning the fish. Never going back again.
