Well it was once a five star review. Until today. Went in today, I'd forgotten my other purse with my masks, for my kids and my husband and I. No big deal, they had some at the front for people. The young man hands me four. The other blonde lady says the kids don't get them, cool. Whatever. They're trying to reserve stock, I get it. My husband makes the remark, "yeah stupid stuff kids under ten don't have to wear it" and I added "especially since theyll be one of the first to get it". I love this store and their staff! The female manager is always so helpful when I come in! Tonight I called because I had misplaced my cresties food. I spoke to Selena and asked her what they had and pricing, etc. I asked her if I could have her sit both options at the front for my kids to run by and pick up. I was worried he would like the food since it’s not the normal brand he’s used to, but he loved it!!! Literally attacked the spoon when I put it in his habitat. Bri the cashier is extremely helpful and friendly. The store is clean with a good selection of items.
Today we used the self service dog wash and we hit our 30 minute time limit. An employee came in and asked us to leave as there were other customers waiting. When I asked if we could purchase another 30 minutes, we were told we would need to step out to let another dog aggressive dog go first. So we had to pull our 100 lb soaking wet, soapy dog out of the bath and leave. Petco & Petsmart have this down to a science - that's where we'll spend our dollars in the future 😊

Love this pet store! The staff is always amazing and helpful. Today, I tried the Saturday vet clinic they offer and I was so impressed! My dog was able to get her RX flea and tick medicine without having to get stressed out at the vet and she got to visit her favorite store. I highly recommend this store to any pet owner.
The Staff. Clint shout out to you. I am not able to do the things that I would like . The staff always makes sure to help me get things off the shelf loaded into the car. I happen to have lost my diamond out of my Weddind ring and yes Clint was looking as hard as I was until it was found. They have given me some recommendations on products and that is important to my nine cats and 2 dogs.
Wonder place with all my pets needs....
