Had to deep clean my custom 100 gallon tank yesterday because the feeders I got from there brought home ick. Within 24hours the feeders were either dead, or looked like zombies. The feeders had some sort of fungus in conjunction to the ick which left them with legions. Ridiculous! I spent an additional $100 to replace the filters/get chemicals/meds to treat my Lemon Oscar and his tank, AND had to pay additional for over night shipping to make sure I didn’t lose my boy because y’all can’t keep the contagions under control! Selling diseased fish. Highly do not recommend
Large selection of pet food, toys, treats, etc. I've always been treated well by the staff. Friendly & courteous cashiers. And I like that they support local animal rescue groups.
Poor customer service on all levels, poorly trained staff. We've spent a lot of money here, but will certainly find a better place to spend our hard earned paychecks.

The staff may be helpful but the prices are outrageous i guess you can do that when they are 1 of 2 pet stores in the county. weve been there a few times to get a guinea pig and fish since thats 1 of 2 places to get such animals and their always out . and then they want to force you into another stupid loyalty card or be bent over with way overpriced products u can buy at Wal-Mart or online at half the price.

I most certainly do, wonderful staff, very understanding, the place is ALWAYS clean, the fish tanks are kept in 100% in great condition! I ALWAYS get my fish there
