1st I been in this store several times..I buy Fish...Lately they point to a section of tanks and claim the tanks have ick...who does this? 2nd I have asked '', To order '',Special Fish''..the Manager has taken my Name,Address,and Phone number claiming they would see what they can do! They never called me back! Thank you for your feedback Andrew, we are aware of the ick issue and we are working to get all of our fish healthy enough to sell. As for the 55-gallon tanks, we only get them in when we are having tank sales, which happen a few times a year. We can always try to order the 55-gallon tanks, but we do not carry them regularly.
Stopped in today to pick up a guinea pig. The salesgirl was ridiculous. Extremely rude. Couldn’t answer questions about the gender of the pet and said your store isn’t experienced enough to tell a gender of a guinea pig. My daughter asked to hold the pet. We were buying it. We weren’t just looking and she was extremely rude about that. Covid is not an excuse to treat people badly and be rude. Idk her name as she scribbled her signature on the paperwork. Wonderful store with wonderful staff. Their joy when they see pets is contagious, it feels like going to Grandma’s house because we always get a snack.
Love this place! The animals I got have always been healthy, the staff is friendly, and the walk in clinic is so convenient. Highly recommend.

After numerous medical issues with my boxer and countless visits to your store, I must say Katie is the most patient and knowledgeable person regarding my pets needs. Again today, she answered my countless questions with patience and made me feel she genuinely cared about my fur baby.
