RecommendedDuring this pandemic because of age/health issues we must use curbside pickup. The people working at this Lakeland location are polite,and patient. They help us by researching our past orders and do so with patience. It is because of them our fussy pets get the food they will eat. I want to thank these kind people for helping us during this stressful time. And please treat them with respect wear a mask when you go in their store - they didn't ask me to say this - I just want them to be safe. Thank you.

great staff that works there. always friendly and willing to help you find anything you need. we brought our pup in for the first time and she loved it. found the right treats that she loves.

For 100 crickets it’s over 13 dollars when you can get them for 4.28 at philips bait and tackle it’s outrageous on the price will not be going back
I got three spotted Dalmatian fish from this store, I went out of town for two days with someone feeding my tank for me, I came back and I noticed I was missing two fish. I went to the store and magically the store was out of a full tank of this fish, Now my Catfish that I got that was in a tank by himself for four months prior to me getting these fish is extremely sick and I’m on the verge of losing my catfish

Some of the employees lack customer service, selection of toys to food is ok. But petco and their service is alot better, which is a shame because it is further from my home. It doesn't kill you to smile and stop acting like the helping people is going to kill you. Even checking out your customers seems to be a pain for some of the employees. I go to the one on Cypress garden and never had an issue (near work). The employees are always helpful and are smiling.

The staff who was working that day was very rude and acted as if they were better than all their customers. I will not be returning there again.
