RecommendedThis is my male Indian ring neck, Echo. We live in Panama City and had to come down after losing my gran. He was accidentally let out, we are desperately looking for him and are offering a reward to anyone who returns him to us. He talks a lot and knows his name. Not sure who is running the place in there as of today, but I have never encountered a more rude individual in my life and she is solely responsible for the fact that I will not return there. She obviously doesn’t like her job.

Be very careful in reporting bad behavior about this store manager to the corporate office.... she will stalk you on Facebook then leave a bad review at your place of employment.... had to make a police report to ensure cyber bullying will not continue
Very nice people at this store and can take my Charlie in to the store
Most of the employees are rude and would rather be texting rather than helping customers. They never have what you need. Have made 2 complaints to Corp in three days and to the girl that told me I’m f’d no honey you are Corp knows and has your name. Enjoy unemployment
Your employees were very friendly and helpful. The store is clean, and tidy. Your employees helped me to find things quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend the store to friends and family.
RecommendedI love this store! The employees are always pleasant and helpful, especially Melissa! She has been there for several years. She seems to know most of the regular fur customers names (and us pet parents love this)! My dog, Pacey, searchers for her when we stop in. I trust her opinion on new products, snacks, and foods. My boy was refusing to eat the food I was buying. I was so nervous to switch, but she suggested a food, and now he loves the food I purchase.
