Worst customer service! Do not recommend to anyone buying a pet stay away!!!!!
Went to this store today with my Mom. I had a 15% off coupon with me which I gave to her to use for her purchase of a 2018 Dachshund calendar. My purchase was substantially larger, gifts for friends pets. I asked to use the coupon for my purchase and was refused by both the cashier and manager. Merry Christmas. You have lost any future business from me as well as anyone I can alert to your lack of customer service. I accepted their decision but will no longer shop there.
Go here alot..to purchase fish......just wish the service was faster n they would take u in order of when u come in
I visited the Casselberry pet supermarket and a worker named Julie helped me. I could tell she was busy but she still immediately came to ask if I needed help. She told me more about what I need for my dog than any other pet store. Thanks to her, I know what food and treats I should be getting my babies so their allergies don't flare. I will definitely be going back!
I walked around for about 10min searching for an item without being addressed or offered any assistance. Both employees were behind the counter talking, and never once asked me if I needed help. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase and took my money to Petco. Customer service is HUGE, and it is definitely lacking here.

For the first commentor.. Hey sweetheart, it's called going on break. Retail work is tiresome..especially when theres stocking to do and lifting heavy bags, just becuase you dont see it being done doesn't mean it isn't being done. And even though you needed help, she knew there was another person on the floor to cover you, and you were taken care of. Let's try not to be so hard on these people.
1 employee helpful, 1 not so helpful The first employee I asked to help me dissappeared and I didnt see her again until about 10 minutes later walking drinking a can of soda in the back, I was very upset since I needed help finding something. Then I asked another employee and she was so helpful, she even printed me up some material to help me care for my new pet fish.
