I purchased my fence in 2014. Everything has been great, 100% happy. Yesterday my dog stepped out of the yard. I tested both of my dog’s collars and found both were not working. I did what I could, test, charge, then I called Tim. He picked up my call and made a plan to help me. Less than 24 hours I had both collars fixed. The service is outstanding. I would say this is top self customer service and great protection for both of our best friends. Thanks again, Tim H
