I've taken my 12-yr-old dog here for late night ER care twice this year. Both times, she was in severe GI distress which had turned dangerous. On both occasions, the care team were wonderful, with both me and my dog, treating us with empathy and patience. I hope I never need the ER again but I trust this team when my dog needs critical care.

PSA is great! I had to have my 12 year old dog seen when I gave her the wrong food and she got diarrhea. Everyone was super helpful and non-judgmental. Medications were recommended and filled all in the same visit. They also gave me great recommendations and tips to keep my pup happy and healthy! 10/10 :)

I want to let everyone know I DONT WANT TO EVEN GIVE ONE STAR. THIS PLACE NEEDS 0 STARS IF GOOGLE LET ME. Matter of fact this place needs to be shut down and after doing so a wrecking ball needs to be taken through there. I am deeply disappointed with the care my dog, received at this emergency hospital. I came in seeking a second opinion on her blood work and X-rays. I was told that she had an intestinal obstruction and was strongly encouraged to hospitalize her and proceed with surgery. However, after seeking another veterinary opinion, I was informed that her imaging did not support an obstruction, and surgery was not recommended.
