I took my big Newfie and used the self wash today! it was great, very clean, the soap was a bit thin and it took a lot of time to get enough on him, but he’s very big and fluffy so it’s understandable. the staff was very kind to him and even brought him a treat during his bath. It took us a long time and we made a big furry mess but the staff seemed very understanding! A great big thank you to Pet Spa for taking good care of our fur baby Brutus on his first night away from home. Not all boarding facilities were comfortable taking our staffordshire terrier, but pet spa didn’t hesitate and made safety for all their top priority. Thank you again and we hope to see you again
