Sophie listens and is precise..great groomer
We love them and have been taking our cats there for years. Recently we took our domestic long haired cat, Lenny and said we wanted a lion cut with booties and a mane. Then we commented that we wished we could leave his legs or "pants" fluffy on his rear legs. She said some people did that and it was a type of cut. It came out beautifully and with the heat he's very cool and not desperately sprawling out on his side on the cement basement floor trying to cool off. We're very happy with the job she did.
Our instructions for our dog were not listened to and he has sores all up his legs and in his ears. This is the second time this has happened and we specifically asked for his ears not to be dealt with because the vet wanted him on anxiety medication before doing them. This is very upsetting.
She left my dog with stripes of fur down her back.My dog is the sweetest bijon terrier only 2 yrs old Karen said my dog tried to bite when she combed her NO WAY I called her other groomer and they said NEVER did she bite anybody who cut her.
