I recently took my 5 year old Chi there to be spayed and have her teeth cleaned. First off if you're looking for 5 star service and tons of staff, look elsewhere. If you're looking for someone with experience, is cost friendly and doesn't want to rip you off, you've found the right place. After calling dozens of vets and being quoted 500+ for both surgeries, Pet Solutions was about to do them both for under $150 with the EXACT SAME care.. just not in a high quality facility making you believe there is a reason to jack up the... read more
Staff and vet are very unprofessional and hostile. They never return phone calls or even have regular business hours except On Wednesday. The office is filthy, I hope their surgical instruments are cleaner than the rest of the place. This place is good for cheap vaccines, but I would NOT let them cut on my dog.. They are too busy and don't have enough help. I would NOT recommend this place.
It's a hit or miss with this practice. Yes they are busy, but that's no excuse for not calling back lab results within a timely manner. Be prepared to pay in advance for an appointment and then having to wait at least an half hour to see the vet. Some days they are in a good mood and sometimes not, but woah to you if they are. Not professional, very rude and never returns phone calls. You almost have to go there in person, pay $$ in advance for an appt the next week or so.. My pets are more important than this
