Terrible experience. Called them to watch our dog while on vacation. My husband filled out the 13 page contract, he had some questions so he called Chuck and they talked about it. When my husband sent back the contract he crossed something out based on his conversation with Chuck. A woman called my husband and said we cannot have a contract with cross outs, my husband said ok and sent back a new contract with no cross outs. Sandy is a great woman who has compassion for animals and people.
I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with Pet sitters of America... To shorten the entire experience... They had been hired to watch our dogs when we were out of town. There was a question I had regarding some notes by the sitter. I called to ask some things and spoke with the co owner, Chuck. Right off the bat I could tell he had some sort of issue with me.
