I spent 7 HOURS on a walk in due to the receptionist not being able to keep track of paperwork. I was standing in their waiting room for 2, TWO, hours before realizing she had forgotten about me. They decided to call me, by phone, while I am standing in the waiting room and once I didn’t answer then skipped me. Every single person wishes they went to a real vet. Expect 3 hours to drop off a pet. When they call you and say that the pet is ready it will be a hour of sitting as they refuse to bring out anyone's pets. Completely disorganized and unbelievably slow. It takes them 15 min minimum per intake.

Took my dog to get spayed last week, unfortunately it was raining & cold that morning which no one could foresee when I made the appointment. Still many of us stood in line patiently waiting for the clinic staff to arrive & open. Horrible. Have never been treated more rudely. The two girl upfront are the rudest people I have ever met. The Dr. was just as rude. I left and went to Petco. What a difference. Those two girls should be fired, there are so many other complaints it is unbelievable.
