Staff was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain everything, this was my first experience with self service pet care. They made me feel very comfortable with the process. She also suggested a furminating shampoo for my heeler that worked great so far. Defeinetly will return.

I have been going here for 8 years and their wonderful, they do a great job I have a little Yorkie who can be difficult and he always looks great and still seems happy when he leaves! I loved the prior owners and we were worried when pet servant took over because I trusted the prior ones with my little guy and they were just as good and still love them! I lived in arvada and now moved to Brighton and I will still take him there because how he is treated and looks when he is done!!

Our dogs are always treated with kindness, the staff are wonderful and the facility is always clean. They treat us like family. We really appreciate the long hard hours they work to keep our Pets clean and healthy
Took my dog here and they did an awesome job. It was clean and the staff friendly I will definitely be back!! This will be my favorite place to take my dog
