Tell the girl answering the phone she should put customers on hold before she makes comments about them. Her attitude would make me uncomfortable leaving my dog there!

I’m sorry you feel that way she set the phone down and asked me if we had room to board your dog and I informed her we are full through next week. I’m not really sure what you are upset about you had hung up by the time I finished telling her we didn’t have room and that was all that was said. Hope you have a good day.
Thank you so much for taking care of my Mattie last week. I’m not sure what you all did, but she hasn’t jumped on me and is so much calmer since we picked her up! I’m about ready to bring Bailey, our other hyper dog, over for a visit.

I just took our Great Dane in to be groomed and Brooke did an amazing job with him. She even got his nails trimmed, and he won’t let anyone mess with his paws.
