Cute Themes and Decoration Walk into a Safari of pets! It is nicely themed and employees are friendly! Not to mention, very adorable pets to greet! I appreciated their great help on certain needs! PROS: Theme/Pets/People CONS: Location
Great Help I have always had great service from the employees at Pet Safari. I have been coming to them for as long as they have been open and now my son comes to them for all of his needs for his pac man frogs
Rude service Although it's nice to have a store around here that isn't a chain store, the staff is NOT friendly. My husband came in because I have been in veterinarian care for over 5 years and sometimes on Saturdays we visit the local pet stores just to do something. (As weird as that sounds) There was another family there that I guess looked as if they had money, petting the birds, and when my husband went to pet one the lady yelled at him and said he didn't sanitize his hands (which he had) and that he was sick and the bi... read more

Terrible Service – Terrible service and price is way to high. I was a dedicated customer when we got a corn snake. I bought live mice from them but it was site unseen. They would go in the back and pick out the mice and bring it to you. Most of the time I received sickly mice and my snake would not touch it. The frozen mice adult they charge me a little over $5.00 with taxes for two. I vowed to never go back to them again. Love this Store!! – I went into this store searching for a cage for my chinchilla. The owner and her son were so nice and helpful. She explained all the ins and outs of having a chinchilla and told me what the necessites were for them. She then explained the other things I would need to get him along (toys, treats, etc). Unlike Petsmart and Petco that I had been to earlier she did not try to force high priced items on me.
