pressure!!! Although I got my Cocker Spaniel here, I would NOT recommend this place. The is one lady there who acts like a used car salesman. And she uses every tactic to get you to leave with a dog--the pressure is just ridiculous. If you're lucky enough to go when she isn't there, then enjoy--otherwise, look out! She will not leave you alone!
Pet Pros gives me Puppy Fever!!! I can't resist stopping in to see the puppies each time I visit the Kmart shopping Center where Pet Pros is located. I've yet to buy a dog, but they always allow free cuddles and they sell the Tartar Control formula I add to my cats' drinking water for a reasonable price.
Sick Puppy The puppy I purchased turned out to be very sick. The puppy was returned within the warranty period. It was extremly difficult to get the refund. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Never Again.
Who can resist a dog? There are several of the Pet Pro branches in this town, but this one was, by far, the cleanest. I often go in just to play with the pups and they all look well taken care of and well fed and clean. They seem friendly and often the pups -- one or two at a time -- are running around and playing and it is hard to resist picking one up, much less saying goodbye to it.
