Great Service! – Pet and Plant Care Service has walked my dogs for almost 3 years now and have been doing a great job. Thanks for being there for me and Jake. You really helped me out last weekend. Thanks for the extra walks at last minute.
Very dependable! – This is a great service that was very helpful in caring for my elderly poodle. Even up until he passed away, he was always excited to see his dog walker come and take him outside for his daily duties. I will definately utilize this service again when I decide to get a new dog! Best of the bunch! – I just got back from a month long vacation and was very pleased to find my pets well taken care of and my place in the condition I had left it before I left. This service goes above and beyond the call of duty with weekly emails to let me know how my pets were doing. I have had other services in the past and have quit them due to bad service and would DEFINATELY use Pet and Plant Care again. Thanks guys!
Worst service – DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR YOUR PETS & HOME!!!! I have used this service on & off for several years just because it's a pain to switch over (my mistake). There has always been a problem with something when I come home from vacation, but my most recent trip was the last straw. This client called for service dates 7/27 thru 8/2. Our service performed the service on all dates. On the last day of service 8/2 the service provider arrived and there was a man sleeping on the couch in the living room. She made the assumption that the person was the owner and left the apartment. This is a directive of Pet and Plant Care Service for security measured. The service provider called the manager and informed him of the situation. worst customer service and breach of trust I have ever experienced!! – From the very first time they came to our house we had a funny feeling that they were not walking our dog. We have a puppy and she did not know how to walk on a leash and the first note from the walker indicated that the walk went well when we requested that they just play with her inside, so that was strike one. The walker this past customer is talking about has worked for us for over 3 years and has never had any complaint from any of the many clients he has serviced. I allowed this client to "share" the walk with their neighbor downstairs for a discounted rate. John was required to go up and down the stairs to get the dogs to start the walk. He never skipped or shortened a walk. Pet and Plant Care does spot checks once per week on each of the walker and John never takes advantage of his clients. Horrible – These people hired me with no background check...no training and gave me keys to their customers houses for seasonal help!

Pet and Plant Care Service, in business since 1984 has always performed background checks. P&P Care uses a professional service to perform this duty. A criminal check, drivers license, and credit check is performed by this company. In addition, the last employment company is contacted and the landlord of the hopeful employee is contacted. This is what is allowed by the Federal Government. I am not sure what or who this disgruntled ex service provider is or what the purpose of this is about.
Pet Owners Beware! – This service remembered to charge my credit card, but didn't remember to care for my pets when I went away for the weekend. The service times were confirmed twice before my trip, the second time as I was on my way to the airport. When I came home to my upset animals, I immediately called them to find out what in the world happened. It took them 48 hours to respond to my frantic yet polite voice message. Please do not expose your pets to this unacceptable service.
