They cut my dogs skin under his nail!! They never gave me a heads up and let me put him in my car and he bled all over the back of my car (black carpet) didn't realize it and then all over my house (white tile) when I realized it. I was not upset that they cut the skin because I know that can happen with dogs with black toenails ! I was upset that they didn't give me a heads up and then when I called to tell them the owner Diana got nasty with me and hung up on me !! Love Love Love Pet Perfection!!! We have a Golden Retriever and she sheds so much. In the spring we have her trimmed which helps with the amount she sheds. The girls are terrific with Sophie!!! Thanks much!!!1
We took our English Bulldog Pippa in today for the first time. We are so impressed and Pippa looked amazing. Such nice customer service.......we will definitely be back!
