The staff are all wonderful and very compassionate to the dogs. Dogs are well treated and cared for. Great boarding and grooming experience. Nothing but good things to say about Pet Parlor.
We have always taken our dogs to the PP and I have to say that Margie, Jimmy and staff always treat them like family .... they are the best kennel and groomers in Burke County... this is a first class - professionally run family business and without them - my family and I could not take trips - if anyone wants to PM me for more info please do so.

I was so incredibly impressed with this facility!! The staff are absolutely splendid and the quality of service is bar none!! My fur baby has never smelled or looked better and the pricing was the best in town!! I highly recommend to anyone with fur babies !!
