We have always loved this place and the staff, but we recently came in and didn’t recognize a single person after a year + of coming here. We don’t know what happened, but the new staff was extremely rude and condescending. We had a separate issue for a vaccine that we had no idea had expired. They text us at 630pm right before they closed so when we responded two minutes later and we never got a response back. I recently made reservations for my 3 dogs, for 3 nights and have been a happy previous client, until now. less than 24hrs before my dogs’ boarding reservation, I received a phone call that one of my dogs would not be allowed to board because “your dog has renal failure”. My dog does not and I argued that she was mistaken, but then was told on 6/18 it was confirmed by my vet. Again arguing and explaining they were wrong, she kept insisting. I asked her what vet? A week ago Pebbles, our 5-month-old Pomeranian, stayed at Pet paradise in Stone oaks , she enjoyed herself immensely. Unfortunately, she developed a bad cough post-outing. Our 13-year-old Pomeranian companion apparently caught the infection from her, as per the doctor's diagnosis. Both dogs are undergoing treatment at present.
