Hands down, the best. I will be using their services again.
They are awesome with our dogs and never had any problems with them staying there. I will say the grooming isnt that great, we booked grooming at a certain time and when we went to pick them up it wasn't done at all. Then they said they will provide a free groom on the next one to make up for it only to find out it was just a nail trim and teeth brushing that will be covered. The only problem I've been having is the staff having communication issues and us having to deal with it

We have always loved this place and the staff, but we recently came in and didn’t recognize a single person after a year + of coming here. We don’t know what happened, but the new staff was extremely rude and condescending. We had a separate issue for a vaccine that we had no idea had expired. They text us at 630pm right before they closed so when we responded two minutes later and we never got a response back. Both of my fur babies absolutely love going to Pet Paradise in Stone Oak for grooming! The staff is always so attentive, and the facility is immaculately clean. Booking an appointment through the website couldn’t be easier. Chrissy is hands-down the best groomer—she always goes the extra mile to make sure my little ones are comfortable and looking their best. I can’t recommend them enough!
