Love pets paradise.
We used Stone Oak Pet Paradise's dog daycare services last weekend for our pup Taffy, and she had an awesome time! The staff members were so friendly and treated Taffy with so much care! 10/10 would recommend!
This 5 star rating is for the wonderful employees. First is Gwen, she has been very helpful and very patient with our pets since Day 1. Earlier this month, when we boarded our cat, she was teaching the new staff on how to do the check in and i admire her dedication and details in explaining things and showinh how its done to her peers. We used to love this place for our puppy for day camp and boarding. Unfortunately during his last boarding stay which costs $200 for 2 nights he got bit by fleas! Our dog is on monthly medication for fleas ticks and heart worms. I am going to have to take him to the vet now thanks to them not overseeing that all dogs are on their monthly medications. SMH. Can’t even get in contact with anyone at the facility.
