Pepper was very excited when I came to pick him up. He must have liked it. He is quiet in new places so he would need time to get use to it

Staff and facility are great. Needed last minute boarding over a holiday weekend and Lindsey (mgr) made accommodations. Truely fantastic!

The facility was very nice and clean. The front desk associates were friendly and accommodating. However, there is a big lack of communication between the call center/appointment center and the actual store. I called the appointment line to schedule the Get Acquainted day for my dog and I was told by the appointment center that I did not need to make an appointment. The rep said I could just walk in and drop my dog off. Yet, that was not the case when I came into the location. It was my first time at the location and it made... read more

We have always been very pleased with the services received. However, buyer beware. Never assume you understand policies. It truly depends on the person working on that day. We have often picked the dogs up after hours due to our travel schedule. It was explained before if we picked up before midnight- we were not charged another day. Working for the airlines gives us crazy schedules. I was told tonight, when u called as a courtesy-- there would be an additional day charge picking them up at 7:30 since the lobby closed at 6... read more

Love, love, love this place & the people! I am VERY protective of my "children" so for us to have found a place where they're comfortable, safe, interacted with & focused on is HUGE. We constantly brag about the facility & the group of animal lovers that work there & we'll continue to do so. I'm so grateful to trust the love & attention that my babies get when I'm not with them.

My puppy is always pooped after hanging out at Pet Paradise. To me that a great sign...means she gots lots of exercise and interaction!!
