We booked Pet Paradise for a boarding appointment. Prior to our boarding we were required to bring our dog in for a 4+ hour meet & greet. This was no charge and was to ensure our dog would/could interact with the staff and other pets. I thought this was a great event, in that we as dog owners and the dog itself could get an overall preliminary feeling for the facility and staff. We boarded our 2 medium sized older dogs for 12 days while we had family activities going on. I am so pleased with the team’s care of our doggies and am very confident in the care they receive. We have used their grooming services also and were pleased. Highly recommend.
