My dogs stayed there numerous times and we never experienced significant issues..staff were always friendly, and it was a lot of the same staff faces..But recently a discrepancy occured regarding vaccination dates and we were not able to board our dogs for their one night stay. Because of Jen‘s disgusting, rude, condescending, attitude - clapping her hands in my face while she was speaking to me, we will not be coming back. You should probably fire her or at least keep her in the back cleaning up dog crap so she doesn’t have to deal with other humans
We took our 1 year old Great Pyrenees to get groomed for the first time ever & we had an amazing experience! Everyone in the office was so sweet and very attentive. Our pup is fully deaf so they took their time with her to make sure she was comfortable. I wasn’t too sure on the type of cut I wanted for her & the groomer, Amber, came out and spoke with me and walked me through it.
