Went in the grooming and to tour the suites. They refused to follow medical advice that the doctor offered to write to them saving that she was distemper free but her age she didn't feel comfortable doing it any longer. They basically threw us out and said they couldn't do anything with us. The manager should have listen to the vet when they told her that the chances of a 13 year old dog having distemper after 12 years of being vaccinated you to last year were less than 1%. So far so good. Just scheduled grooming but Kegan was awesome. OK went in the grooming and to tour the suites. This was my first time bringing my furry friend here for boarding and grooming while I was away for a few days. I had such a positive experience! The staff are all so nice and understanding and answered my 800 questions. I was so happy to see a doggy report card on the first day I dropped him off. I also liked being able to use the mobile app to see the camera feeds this helped ease my anxiety of my dog being away. Grooming wise, they did such an incredible job!!!
