Brought my dog home from a 6 day stay and she had a UTI and sneezing a lot. Called them to report it and phones were down so spoke to someone affiliated with the company. She told me she would make a note on everything. I never heard back from Pet Paradise. Won’t be going back there. Should’ve stayed with Embassy

From the first day I toured to the end of my pups 3 night stay, our experience was nothing but exceptional. The woman who gave me the tour was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. The woman that helped me with my booking was also so knowledgeable and friendly. They all had passion for their jobs and seemed to truly care about the wellbeing of their customers and pets.
