Excellent job with the grooming, great care with my dog's
DON'T TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I picked up my two 8 mos old pups after 5 days in a private suite since they were in tact. Never once saw them outside or on camera anywhere in the facility. They were broke out in hives and emaciated looking. When I asked for the remainder of their food, somehow they had "just" ran out before I got there and that the hives had also "just" occurred. Horrible. Used them for boarding and requested a bath before picking. Dogs broke out in hives from either being at the facility or from the bad. Was given no solution. Now I have to take my dogs to the vet for medicine.
Pet Paradise is convenient, and I've never had a bad experience. I love being able to see my dog on camera to see how she's doing. The military discount is great as well.
