This was our 1st boarding experience with the Mooresville location. Check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and very loving to my pup. Check out was also easy. I had questions about my account & the staff kindly took care of the issue making sure my credit was applied. My pup seemed to have a good time playing, and was well taken care of during her stay. The only issue was I sent my pups food in reusable ziplock bags and most of them were not returned.
While I absolutely love how this location has always treated our sweet fur babies, the sudden decision to NOT require certain vaccines that can put others at risk is scary. The last time we took one of our fur babies there, within two weeks all three of our dogs were extremely sick and one of them was even admitted to the emergency vet. We keep ours fully vaccinated but they still got hit with some type of really aggressive flu. Two of ours dogs are elderly so it was terrifying to have one of them admitted.
