First time at Pet Paradise in Lake Nona, the staff is extra friendly. Zero wait time to be helped. Ciara was so lovely and patient. She explained all services clearly and with great energy. Great attitude , very clean facility

I have such trust in Pet Paradise to watch my pet, Hadley, when traveling out of Orlando. This most recent trip was her 2nd, and I could tell she either had a good time or missed home because she SLEPT heavy that afternoon! I'm thankful to know that she had a safe place to play while I was away traveling. My only recommendation is for the team to share where your dog is placed.
