Ever since the Lake Nona location opened and we started bringing our dogs there, it’s been great! All the staff are always very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns we had. Highly recommend as an option for boarding!

Although, overall he seemed to have a good week. My dog, Charlie developed conjunctivitis during his visit. They failed to call me during the week about it, and returned him to me with red eyes and lots of crunchy stuff around them. The next morning he could hardly open his eyes. Staff were friendly, and they seem to care about the animals, but this going unnoticed was a little alarming.

I’ve been very pleased with Pet Paradise. The facilities are clean, and my dog is very well cared for. I especially love that they have cameras so you can watch your dog play—it helps you still feel connected when you’re missing them. Another thing I appreciate is that if they ever have a concern about your pet, they reach out right away. That level of communication is really refreshing.
