Leaving a pet is never easy even when you’re certain they’re going to be well taken care of. Pet Paradise and the incredibly caring team went above and beyond during our most recent trip. Our cat develops a sore on his foot because of the difference in cat liter, it looked particularly bad this time so they called to assure me everything was ok, they were applying our prescribed ointment but had decided to drive to a store to get the liter we use with the hope that it would help. This was our first time leaving our pup with someone that wasn’t family and safe to say, I would never do it again. I put my dog in for boarding over a 4 day period and when I picked him up he was covered in scabs and his nose was scraped. I was never made aware of any altercation that he was in and at drop off I made it clear that he is a very anxious dog and can’t read the signs if another dog is being aggressive with him.
