I love this place and I love the convenience. The only negative is for the first time ever when you walked in there was a very strong dog odor. The front never smelled like that before.
Excelente trato a las mascotas y precios muy accesibles. Es una opción ideal para personas que tienen que salir o que vienen de visita al estado y no pueden llevar a sus mascotas con ellos. Queremos destacar especialmente a la trabajadora Vicky, quien fue muy amable, atenta y realmente preocupada por el bienestar de nuestro cachorro Honey. I love the groomer. She was very professional and explained everything clearly about my dogs’ coat and how I should maintain it. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, helpful, and professional.
Normally a good experience however I reached out to management and corpate after a disappointing experience with my two dogs being boarded where one had pink eye develop the day she left their facility and the other wasn't allowed to play with other dogs because they didn't update their system to show she had been altered we provided this information to them on three different occasions. I have yet to hear a response back from my email to them and will update the review when I get any kind of formal communication on this mat... read more
