We’ve used pet paradise a few times with our older dog, but first time with our puppy! They both seemed to have a great time! Price is great too!!
Dogs didn’t eat for DAYS. Multiple internal policies weren’t followed. I’m continuing to pursue reimbursement through external legal channels for my emergency veterinary expenses. Documentation, including emails with the regional manager and veterinary records, is attached. We loved our experience at Pet Paradise! The price is great and we felt that the staff was very attentive and caring.
The best experience at Pet Paradise! Our cat was calm, well fed, and in a clean room with a camera for our use to check. We highly recommend this place and we will use it again!
