Kudos to the staff at Lake Buena Vista!!
This was our first time going for a grooming. The staff we so friendly and helpful. They were patient with answering questions and making sure they knew what we wanted. Ken did a great job grooming.
Took great care of our little dog, always clean, friendly, and we feel comfortable leaving him in their hands
Vet is horrible here. We sat in the office for about 2 hours ended up with two prescriptions they didnt even put men's in one bottle then put wrong meds in the bottle they did put meds in. My ex girlfriend got the health plan when we were there we are split up I got to take my dog in a to get her heartworm check up and they refuse to let me pay cash without back paying 300 dollars for a plan I didnt even know existed and never even used. Don't care about your pet or you at all I mean who doesnt let you pay cash for a visit. ... read more
Our boy spent 1 night at Pet Paradise Lake Buena Vista and had a great time! We will definitely use them again when we are in the area.
