I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of your staff. I brought in my 11-month-old Frenchie, and the entire approach from the beginning was completely wrong. The staff member immediately tried to force a red collar around his neck with no introduction, no chance for him to sniff her, and no attempt to build any trust. She then claimed, “Oh, he’s biting,” took him to the back, and returned moments later saying he was “too hard to deal with” and could not stay. This is unacceptable. I booked a boarding appointment online, and it was canceled without any notice to me. No one called, emailed, or made any attempt to inform me. I even tried calling earlier that morning to let you know I was running late, and no one answered the phone. This is an unexpected surprise!! We stumbled upon them accidentally. Little did we know, this is even better than what we originally planned for! They have a pool area for dogs and you can watch your pets play in live action unlike other pet hotels that they are confined in one station. Webcams are also a plus. Staffs are very warm,friendly, accommodating and knows dogs. Rita is amazing!!
