My dogs had a wonderful time and will be going back in two weeks. Worth every penny!!
I arrived on-time for my scheduled pick-up, however, customers picking up their dogs were given priority over me — which resulted in a 20 minute wait — even though we all had a set time. Also disturbingly, once my dog did come out, she was wet and malodorous. According to the employee checking us out, she was able to run around in wet grass immediately prior to being picked up by me — which is completely unacceptable — especially since pet owners typically expect that their pets will be ready to take home in the exact condit... read more
