The app will ask for all the dog info and let you make the reservation but if your pup is not over 12 weeks old they won’t take him in and you will find out when you go to check him in which is a great inconvenience! Awful customer service and reservation service is even worse! Not recommended
Last year I had a small issue when I left my dog at Pet Paradise, but I was very pleased with how it was handled and resolved. I left my dog again on January 27, and I am very happy with the service this time. I noticed positive changes, especially with the front desk staff, who were very quick, attentive, and professional. Because of this experience, I feel comfortable and confident leaving both of my dogs at Pet Paradise again. Thank you for the improvements and great care.
I’ve taken my dogs to Pet Paradise several times and they love it! My dog, Binx, enjoys swimming in the pool and the dogs always come home happy and tired from all the playing they get to do. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
Pet paradise was a great place to board our pet while at Disney! With the app being super easy to use and schedule, as well as adding extras. The easy access to cameras is nice. River also was groomed on her last day and came out so soft and smelled great
