My dog is fed twice daily, and I prepared individual prepackaged meals for each meal. However, when I picked her up a day early, I was told she had eaten all the food I brought for her. I’m pretty sure she didn’t feed herself, so I’m wondering why there was no food left? Not that I’m worried about two servings of food, but why wasn’t there two meals left untouched? Where did the two unused portions go? Would she have gone hungry if she’d stayed the final day she was scheduled?

I was gone for 4 days and when I dropped my dog off he was healthy when I came back he then came home with bronchitis, conjunctivitis along with kennel cough. You leave your pet with someone who you trust and then when you get them back they are sick, just crazy.

All The staff was very friendly and professional. They all took a great interest in making sure Bella was slowly introduced to her new atmosphere.

I had my dog Max go to this place during the 4th of July week. He had just gone to the vet and is fully vaccinated and was a health dog. I got him back, he was vomiting, did not want to eat and had diarrhea. I informed them about this with no response. I took my dog to the Vet. It turned out he had an ear infection and skin rash where his skin become scabs and peals off with his fur. This is due to the negligence. I called them again and no one contacted me back. Been taking my dog here for about 3 years now and they are all super amazing. They take such good care of him. Thank you for all that you guys do to help us out. The management to the trainers to the groomers all deserve so much praise and recognition.
