Pet Paradise is absolutely amazing! Our girl started going there after a bad experience at another facility that left her no longer getting along with other pups. She’s now been going to Pet Paradise for over a year and she’s able to play in a group with no issues! DO NOT TRUST YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I boarded my healthy 7 month old Golden Retriever at this facility from October 3rd to October 5th. When I picked him up, a staff member briefly mentioned he was developing a “hot spot,” but no explanation or further information was provided—only that I should take him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. I brought him to the vet the next day, where they found a severe infection on his chest and ears. Rash underneath his shoulders. Pretty Paradise is a clean, friendly and welcoming place where Maggie, my black lab, found new friends to play with while hanging out around the pool! Maggie will have her first overnight stay soon and I am confident she will be well taken care of and safe!
My two dogs weren't there for the first time and let me tell you they had a great time I watch him today with him, and bringing them home all they want to do is sleep, they love that playing with the dogs I'm meeting new people great place. I know they can't wait to go again.
