Although it was the first time ever I left our 13 year old Pup, I didn’t have an ounce of anxiety doing so from the very first phone call all the way thru our vacation and even after pick up. She was thrilled and happy which was more than the optimal expectations! Thank you so much for the patience and outstanding service the entire team provided at coconut creek!!! Puppy can’t wait to revisit!! It kinda makes me jealous!
I'm really disappointed with the customer service here. We called twice in the morning and no one answered the phone. When I arrived later to pick up my dog, the phone was ringing nonstop and the staff didn't bother to answer it. It's frustrating to see that kind of disregard, especially from a place I used to trust. I've been coming here for a long time because my dog loves it, but after this experience, I'm honestly not sure if I want to continue bringing him. the people working the pet daycare are awesome. I sat in their lobby for an hour while I was waiting to ask a question for the vet and they are efficient and provide great customer service. The reason I am giving this 1 star is because I went there at noon to buy a vet care plan and had questions that the website didn't answer. I went on lunch, and someone in the vet office asked me to come back at 5pm, no problem!
