RecommendedI have so much to be grateful for Dr. O and staff. From day one I felt my dogs were In good hands. Dr. O helped Scarlett walk again. She was fully confident that Scarlett could walk again after being diagnosed permanently paralyzed and recommended to be euthanize her by 2 other vets. We were heartbroken but Dr. O gave us hope. We followed her instructions to the T and today Scarlett is running like before! Dr. O is also Rose’s and Penelope’s vet. We absolutely love her and her staff.
We just moved to the area and haven't established a vet before our poor baby got hurt on her morning walk. We needed to get in ASAP. After calling around to multiple other vet offices in the area, the team at Pet Paradise able to get our girl in immediately. The staff were kind and caring as this Momma was a nervous wreck! Dr. O and her awesome staff have been taking care of my family's pets for over 15 years. Dr. O is thorough, compassionate and extremely loving to her clients, especially her "animal clients"!! I highly recommend her and her animal hospital to anyone seeking a Veterinarian in the Central Florida Area!
Just brought our dog Sammy to the Pet Paradise Hospital in Apopka They said he needs x ray and wanted to charge us over $500 for it We said wait a minute and called another pet hospital by the mall in Altamonte Springs They want for that service only $145 We told pet paradise that we are not having x Raums taken by them and then they wanted $55 from us said the doctor already saw him and examined him Even it was only 2 min after we dropped him off and this could not be possible We always had our dogs there but this was the l... read more

It is interesting how someone will try to dismantle a business reputation that for 20 years have received multiple 5 STAR reviews just because they don’t understand there are different levels of veterinary care. There are low-cost clinics, high-quality medicine, specialty, emergency, etc. This review is definitely a misinterpretation of a well prepared estimate. We would never charge $500 for an x-ray. By far, Dra Ana is the best veterinary ever! She works with so much passion. Literally saved my dog’s life.
5 STARS! Throughout my dog’s life, I have taken him to many vets... but NO ONE like Dr. Ortiz. Her knowledge, patience, care, and passion for what she does is unparalleled! And the team is just as wonderful and spectacular as well! (My maltese is 15!)
My 2 dogs had the BEST TIME! They played, swam, ran and more. I am so happy with the service and communication of the staff. They were so friendly an accommodating. They sent me the cutest pictures and videos as well which was really comforting to my boyfriend and I. We highly recommend Pet Paradise!
Totally loved the staff and care our dog Harry (Harold the Helicopter) received while in doggie daycare and also the excellent care he received in the clinic. Dr O and staff go over and above to give quality , loving care.
