The first time we had our dogs stay at Pet Paradise, we had a wonderful experience. Our oldest dog has Cushing’s disease and is on a daily medication and there was no problem giving it to her during her stay. Fast-forward to a month and a half before Thanksgiving 2025, we book Pet Paradise, same dogs same medication. A week before Thanksgiving we get a call from the manager telling us that our dog with Cushing’s is not welcome because she has Cushing’s and they cancelled our reservation. Normally I am so happy with the groomers here. I live about 45 minutes away and made an appointment for 10:30. At 1:30 they are just in the middle of the bath. It is very disappointing to make an appointment and have to wait in the car for them to finish. They usually only take 2 hours.
Always a great experience at PP Amelia. We are grateful for the attention they give to our pup during his stay.
Jaxson_the_dood loves this place! They are friendly to humans and dogs. The facility is always clean and fresh. I would recommend.
