Staff was super helpful. Appreciated their patience in answering all my questions. They even checked in when I picked him and felt like a very personalized experience. I thought it was so cute they gave a daily report. Glad this place is here and feel very comfortable bringing our dog back.
Superior compared to others in boarding and grooming! All staff members I had interaction with, were professional, friendly, personable and extremely helpful. Pricing is very fair, Kodi is a typical husky and very temperamental. They are professionals and know how to deal with him. They should be compensated for their knowledge in the field. Kodi likes going there, he walks straight to the door and excited to go in.
Unfortunately, I can’t share details of this place, but I can tell you they discriminate against a dog who’s sick. They initially accepted our little cockapoo rescue (Chloe) as a border for two weeks. 24 hours later, they sent me an email that she was canceled because they don’t accept A diabetic dog. It is wonderful knowing we are out of the country and don’t have to worry about our babies. Forever Connected photos and reports are the best!!!!
My son (Jack) loves Pet Paradise and is always excited when he gets there and properly tuckered out when I come to get him! He absolutely loves the pool and getting to play with the other dogs.
