I've been taking my dog to Pet Paradise for several years and have always loved the service they've given my family. The staff truly cares for my dog and treat him as if he's one of their own. my dog can be a special kind of crazy, but I can always trust in the staff to group him with similarly-minded dogs. In the past I took him to places like "Best Friends" and it didn't work out because the dogs were always divided by size (big or little) and not temperament, which became an issue. Pet Paradise has amazing staff that truly care for my Fur Baby! I highly recommend bringing your Fur baby to them.
RecommendedStaff is very knowledgible. They were very helpful and even found and ordered some unique fish/invertebrates for my aquarium.
My daughter and I visited Pet Paradise last week we purchased a fish. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Had to ASK for help! Then staff acted as tho WE WERE BOTHERING THEM! We will not buy anything else from Pet Paradise and I will not recommend to friends/family!
I totally trust these folks with my boys , while boarding or in daycamp . It seems more of a passion than a job for the staff !
RecommendedI love going to Pet Paradise, the staff takes really good care of me just as good as my mama does. We play a lot, I make new friends everyday, I even get ice cream.... did I mention we get to go swimming. I don’t always like the car rides to get there but I know when I get to Pet Paradise I can’t help but wag my tail like crazy. I pull my mama so I can hurry up and see everyone at Pet Paradise. It’s my favorite place. ~Duchess 🐾

My dog recently stayed at pet paradise from 12/25/18 until 1/1/19. Her reservation was only until 12/30/18 but they were able to accommodate her longer due to a family emergency. The staff is always friendly and seem to genuinely care for my dog. I think my dog Chloe actually enjoys staying there better than the vet. She really enjoys the swimming. I’ll be reserving her a spot for my next vacation.
