I am very protective of my 2 dachshunds as they have never been boarded before. My daughter recently got married in Cancun so boarding was basically my only option. Just picked up my 4 year old Siberian Husky from a 5 night stay. Loved being able to see her enjoy the pool and play time on the cameras. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Pet Paradise crew for taking great care of my girl!
Our 4 dogs, who are all 9+ years old, were boarded at Pet Paradise for the first time a few months ago. We were nervous, as they are older, but they had a great time! We can tell by the pictures and email updates that they are having so much fun and getting lots of love. We loved that the most recent time we dropped them off, they were all so excited and no one was nervous. We love pet paradise.
My 2 dogs stayed at the Hobby location twice and came healthy and happy
I have two very large labs that stayed at pet paradise. The staff were very accommodating and reassuring! My guys are very large which intimidate most people but the staff assured me the handle large dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving my guys for the first time. Hours and staff very flexible!
I have been trying to modify, now cancel, a reservation for one week. They never answer the phone and will send to voicemail even after holding for 10 minutes.
Pet paradise Hobby has been absolutely fantastic! Our dog stays there quite often and absolutely loves it! Robin and her staff do an incredible job.
We have boarded our dog with Pet Paradise at the Houston Hobby location many times over the last several years and have always had a very positive experience. She loves the one on one attention she gets from the staff and is always excited when we pull into the parking lot. I highly recommend this facility to anyone searching for a place to board their pet.
