I love this store!!! I've been going sense I was a young boy and it's still excites me
Ms Jean is the best. I love this place. The owner is so nice as well. I wish they would get a bigger place though. The bird area gets super crowded with other shoppers and bird lovers.
I love this place. I got my bearded dragon here and have never needed to go anywhere else for advice and all of my pet needs.
I like to state this store is awesome but im not very happy. I bought 3 feeder mice 3 days ago one was feed to my ball python the other two died a day later for unknown reasons. Not impressed or happy my snake is my baby and if he dies because of the mice you sold me i wont be happy

Have used this place for many years with many different pets (reptiles and fish) and they've always been very informative and helpful. Best pet store in Hampton roads!
This place is wonderful- great staff!!! They care about all the animals there. Got my cockatiel in August and they were very informative on the care for my new bird! Thank you! You do have my business and it’s worth the drive from Great Bridge!
I saw the store for the first time today and all I can say is wow. Excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable staff. The snake room is a pythons lovers paradise with so many snakes and morphs to choose from. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a pet or supplies.
