Had a very good experience boarding Ozzi here this week. We stayed at a non-pet friendly place and needed to have him stay in a kennel. We chose Pet Paradise for the location (North of Bend) and easy access on highway 97. Also, the reviews made us feel good about trying this, as we have never boarded Ozzi before. We came each day and took him out for adventures (hiking & mountain biking), the staff was very nice and accommodating. It's a nice facility and we saw them working hard to keep it clean. After moving to central OR, we needed a place to board our black lab Mac. We found Pet Paradise. He just had his 1st stay for a 10 day period. As expected, he was exhausted and happy when we picked him up. Not sure the shampoo they used to bathe him, but his fur has never looked this good. Thanks. There will be more stays in the future for him here.
This is the only place that we will leave our dog who is like our daughter. The people here are very friendly, professional, and they remember Annie whenever she comes in. We can go away on vacation knowing we left our baby in good hands.
We always worry having to board our Dood but Pet Paradise was awesome! Super friendly, welcoming staff and clean facility!
The best spot for dog boarding in Bend without question. Staff is professional, courteous, and always concerned with dog welfare first. I so appreciate being able to board my dog in a clean, safe, and convenient spot, then not worrying about how he's doing. Although, coming home is kind of a drag for him now.
They were wonderful and very accommodating of our little old man. Chilly loved his visit and we will definitely recommend them to friends :)
We love the facility and everyone there! We took our pit bull mix last year for eight days and last weekend needed to board my son's lab mix we have been keeping He did great and was worn out when he got home, he went to bed at 8:30pm! They even remembered my dog and went out to our truck to say hi and give treats. I highly recommend Pet Paradise.
We couldn't be happier with Pet Paradise. They have a great property and pristine facility with outstanding service. Our little guy was well cared for on short notice, and I will most certainly be back for both doggie daycare and over night boarding. Highly recommended! Edit to Add: This place also does not charge extra to play with your dog. I looked at other places in Bend that cost more AND required a $5 fee to take your dog out of their confined space and play with them. What? Pet Paradise is a no-brainer. Cost effective... read more
