Took our dog Samson to get groomed today and the staff was friendly. I loved the way my dog looked!!! Will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Love the people! Very personable! The management staff is great to work with. We got two fur babies from them and I continue to buy supplies for them and my reptiles from pet parade.
I've been to three pet stores here in Minot, and The Pet Parade is by far the best I've seen. It was well kept and clean, very organized, and their animals are clean as well. I bought my first ever puppy here and so far I do not have any problems. They did as I asked, held him for a while and cleaned him for when I take him home. Great service and I highly recommend
We bought our sweet little kitten from here almost 2 years ago now...I loved how they let you pick up the kittens to see how they reacted my baby curled right up against my chest and we were able to take her home that day. We took her back to get her claws trimmed and they were amazing she was in and out done quickly and they did a great job will continue to go there in the future to have her claws trimmed!
