We went in blind looking for a crate for our new dog. The lady engaged us in minutes and showed us numerous designs and manufacturers! She explained to us the problems she was having with a new pup and things she had done to help her new puppy. We went back a week later and bought the crate she had showed us and was very helpful with all of my questions! Not to mention it was much cheaper than Wal- Mart and Petco. I will recommend this establishment to all of my friends!
Took my husky in for her first grooming ever, she was a rescue and doesn't really like being left with other people... We came back and she was calm and happy and looked and smelled amazing!
Always a good time there. I bought a puppy from there and he’s good. No health issues at all. Staff is always friendly and professional

We went to the humane society last weekend and nothing jumped at us and said pick me...walked into Pet Parade just to “look” and I put my head up to a window and the little guy on the other side did the same...yep, he came home with us...never did I think a lab cross would live in my house...times are a changing!! This is the third pup we have purchased at Pet Parade. The other 2 lived to be 12 and 15!! The assistance we had was amazing and very informative and friendly!!

Took my cat to get groomed there before, no issues. I went again the other day and dropped her off to be groomed. I waited over 5 hours for a phone call and eventually I called them to see if she was ready. The lady said she's been ready but they lost my phone number so I had no clue she was waiting for me. I finally get there and all the groomers were gone and she was still in her kennel in the back room, I'm assuming all alone.
