better then anywhere else I love Pet Palace and there work! they are very friendly and..yes getting your dog groomed cost money deal with it I've been to plently more places where they don't charge less then $40 on any dog. It's very rare it goes past 60 which is a really good deal and I know my dog isn't an angel and alot lot of people have bad dogs I would rather they stop working on my dog then get hurt...

Very Unprofessional! When I called to get their coupon rate from newspaper was told $34. However when I picked up our small dog they wanted $45+!!!!! Woman said she was hard to handle...BALONEY!!! Not many dogs sit completely still for a groomer....ESPECIALLY when there's a bunch of kids running around IN the grooming area!!! If I'd know she'd be having kids in there I would NEVER have taken my dog in there! My dog is not mean but what IF she got scared and bit a child in there!?!? She's not used to kids!!! Beware!!! Hidden Cost! If in the event you choose to take your pet to Pet Palace, be sure you get an exact amount first. They will charge extra if your animal is difficult. Not really a bad thing if you know. They just don't tell you. Owner was not exactly friendly, to me that's important.

EXPENSIVE I took my dog in to get shaved for the summer because he is a lab/chow mix and his shedding hair is driving me nuts. They did a great job and he looks great, but it cost a lot! Granted, this is my first time taking a dog to the groomer, so I had no idea what it cost, but WOW! almost $60!

Good Grooming Bad Attitude Groomers are very good and do excellent work, however, the owner has a bad attitude and is very rude. Even though they do excellent work, would not return due to owners attitude and rudeness. Owner does good work when she feels like it. First 2 visits were great, last one did not provide good grooming. Pet's hair was not cut like asked, actually didn't look like pet's hair was even cut at all.
