Don’t go to pet palace because they are so very rude. Yes I changed my mind twice about if I wanted guinea pigs. This is what they had to say about that “you got to make up your mind I can’t hold them then you won’t get them.” That I get but when I said I might have someone else come pick them up instead of me I message them back and ask them to hold the ones I wanted and they said “No thank you.” Do you really want to go to a place where if you can’t make up your mind they get impatient with you. Very friendly family ran pet store! They will do whatever it takes to help you, if they don’t have what you are looking for they will offer to order it! Highly recommend!! I have purchased many of our Hamsters from them!
Thuy and his crew are the best. Always helpful, can order anything they do not have in store. Shop local. Family owned. Good selection for our area for all your needs. Pet Palace is the way to go if you’re in town or live in the area.
A very friendly, helpful place with a good selection of fish and other pets. The owner and employees are very nice and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to start something new or someone with a lot of experience with pets. Cant go wrong with pet palace.

The Pet Palace is by far the best pet store to go to, I’ve shopped and purchased many products from here. I have always been more than satisfied shopping here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly with great prices. Especially when it comes to saltwater aquarium needs, this is absolutely a go to place.
This is an awesome local pet store. The support staff is amazing. Rhiannon took the time to help me and was patient with all of my 1 million questions. I love to shop local and they make it easy with their great prices and friendly staff. 10/10 will come back again!
