The rudest workers ever! I asked them to hold a pet for an hour, and they sold it! The guy working acted like I was completely unjustified for being angry with him. The owner was rude and was far from helpful. I don't see how any one has ever had a good experience here. I wish there was another pet store I could support. I am mortified at how rude they were to me. I will NEVER buy anything from them. I wish I could rate them no stars instead of one. Not to mention the owner is rude as hell too.

Bought 2 hamsters over a year ago. Paid for them after picking them out and got exactly the hamsters I wanted. They are very friendly and easy to handle. Loved the staff and the great prices. The owner was very helpful.

By far the best pet store in our area. I went threw 5 Beta from Petsmart. All died with days of purchase. Was given one from Pet Palace on the Customer apreciation day. Had that little booger 6 years. Used to get my feeder rats from them for my Ball Python. They are awesome. Friendly, helpful and take care of their animals.
