The PET of Reston is the best place for your scans. They will see you faster than Ffx Radiology or Georgetown. Results are usually uploaded within a day. The patient portal is user friendly. The facility is comfortable and clean and you are given a private pod, situated with a comfortable heated lounging chair, and warm blanket while you wait. Best of all, the staff is fantastic-warm, accommodating, helpful. If you have to have a scan, definitely get it at Pet of Reston.
Let's face it if you're getting a pet scan chances are you have something going that is life changing and not in a good way. The staff is super kind, caring and professional. Can't say enough about everyone I encountered including the guy cleaning. They just seem to know that you're going through something super shitty and they show empathy and compassion.
