After having a few not so great experiences at another clinic, I was able to get a same day appointment for my sick dog. My dog gets very nervous and shakes uncontrollably at the vet normally, but from the moment we walked in to Pet Nation she was happy and relaxed. The receptionist, vet tech, and Dr. Nation were all so welcoming and kind. She did a first ever nose to tail exam on my dog as a new patient and made it seem like she was just loving on my dog instead of giving her an assessment. I've probably seen over 7 vets in my lifetime as a pet owner...I honestly have never had a better vet experience. Since adopting our German Shepherd 5 months ago we have been taking him to Pet Nation. The vet tech I have worked with has been so loving and sweet. Dr. Nation has always spent more than enough time with us making sure all our questions were answered, giving him a very thorough check-up and even spending time loving on him. Plus, this blew me away..we took him in a few weeks ago for what looked like an infection ... read more
If I would have known how cold and cruel Dr. Nation would be to euthanize our Great Dane, Samson I never would have brought him there. I understand that mistakes are made, but she was in no rush to fix it. Our baby SUFFERED because of her. When it comes time to put your fur-babies down, DON'T take them to Pet Nation!!
