The folks at Pet Memories made my sweet Charlee’s passing a little easier on me . They have all been so nice and I highly recommend their services for your precious pet . They were so understanding and gracious to pick her up from my home and returned her to me promptly.Their kindness was so much appreciated.
My sweet 12 year old cat Polly passed at 9:00 on Friday night. I called Pet Memories at 8:00 am Saturday morning and spoke to Mitch, he was so very kind, compassionate and patient with me as I tried to explain thru my tears about Polly. Before we took Henri, our beloved cat, to see them, Dee spent a lot of time communicating with my husband, which is greatly appreciated because he is devastated. Dee even had all of the paperwork filled out for us so we only needed to tend to Henri. Mitch greeted us when it was time and he kept his promise that he would take care of Henri and would be ready to take him home the next day.
