I recently attended this surgery with my dog in an emergency situation. The vet was kind and agreed to see me almost at close however we were provided very wrong information that cost my pet a 24 hour delay in receiving the urgent care he needed.from another veterinary service in town. I had only just moved to Dubbo so had no idea on vets or services in town so I trusted what I was told. After the fact i was then sent an invoice I had already paid stating I still owed money. Receptionist! Omg so rude! Why can’t you hire better one?
Very poor customer service with no flexibility for pet owners to have their animals treated as required. Exact words from receptionist were 'we are not a charity service' when I asked for a payment plan. Their focus is not on the animals receiving the care they need, they're focus is solely on the money they make and my pets condition at the time was potentially fatal but thankfully I received advice over the phone to help make him comfortable and heal
Was quoted maximum $1000 for my dog than get a bill for almost $3000 they say that the puppies didn’t make it and poor fur baby passed away 4 days later asked for the proof that puppies didn’t make it and they said they had photos but still to this day 6years later still waiting No photos of proof show and ex employee that worked there my bill and she said that what they where charging that the dog didn’t need as they have just copied and pasted and to top it off my dog was 8 kg when she went in there on the Friday night and... read more
I cant thank Dr Ross and his team enough! They were so understanding, helpful and caring in an emergency situation for my dog. They happily took the time to see her and check her out after hours even though we were new clients! She was quite sick and had to stay 2 night on fluids and antibiotics and the love and care she received whilst there was amazing! Ross and the staff are all so kind and caring.
