I cant thank Dr Ross and his team enough! They were so understanding, helpful and caring in an emergency situation for my dog. They happily took the time to see her and check her out after hours even though we were new clients! She was quite sick and had to stay 2 night on fluids and antibiotics and the love and care she received whilst there was amazing! Ross and the staff are all so kind and caring. Rude receptionist (Haley) our family cat was in the vet for 2 days for a few X-rays no stitches no surgery just on fluids and some antibiotics that comes to 30.50$ X-rays where 375$ and fluids where 181.50$ and for 2 over night stays 77$ each but managed to come to 1,300$ apparently still waiting on the tax invoice asked why it was so much and reception said,” your going to pay it either way.” In a rude tone don’t come here overly priced definitely telling all my family and friends not to come here.
The most rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with. Will never take my dogs back here in the future
